The 29th annual Holy Ghost Catholic Church Creole Festival concluded on Sunday with the Grand Creole Festival Parade. The parade was the climax of three days of fun, food and music. Fried fish dinners backone stew and homemade sweet potato pies was just a sampling of the Creole goodies available on the church grounds. There was also music provided by Wayn e Singleton and Same Old Two Step. The main attraction on Sunday was the Grand Creole Festival Parade where large crowds lined both sides of Landry and Union Streets to view the parade as it made its way to the church grounds.
