Lena Charles removes two pans of sweet potato pies from the oven as volunteer chefs get a headstart on the baking for the upcoming Holy Ghost Catholic Cjhurch Creole Festival.The 29th annual festival begins on Friday, Nov. 3, and runs through Sunday, Nov. 5.
