The Wilbert Guillory Memorial Farmers Market was the place to be Saturday afteroon for the annual Juneteenth Folklife Celebration an African-American cultural celebration sponsored by Creole Heritage, Inc. If you like backbone stew, Zydeco and Creole music you were in the right place as once again the lady in charge, Rebecca Henry, provided five hours of good clean entertainment featuring African drummers, dancers and once again Geno Delafose and French Rockin Boogie. Also providing traditional music was living legend Goldman Thibodeaux. See more photos in the photo gallery of stlandrynow.com.
