Opelousas native Chef Marty Cosgrove is leaving his mark on the culinary world. Early in life Chef Marty had a love for food preparation, and at age four he could recite a soup recipe. A graduate of the Baltimore Culinary College and the renowned LaVarenne Ecole de Cuisine in Paris, he worked for K-Paul’s Louisiana Kitchen in New Orleans, owned by celebrated Chef Paul Prudhomme, also an Opelousas native.
