The Opelousas Board of Aldermen recognized on Tuesday night J.S. Clark Leadership Academy girls Taylor Barnaba and Tristianie Albert for being selected as 2023-24 all-state basketball players. JSCLA head girls basketball coach Ross Rix was chosen as the Coach of The Year.
