You are cordially invited to attend the Inauguration of Byron Stelly as the St. Landry Parish Registrar of Voters to be held on Friday, November 18, 2022, at 5:00 p.m. at the Delta Grand Theater. A St. Landry Parish Council meeting was held on Wednesday, September 21, 2022, where a motion was made by Councilman Wayne Ardoin, seconded by Councilman Alvin Stelly to appoint Byron Stelly as the New Registrar of Voter for St. Landry Parish.
Byron Stelly stated to the council, “Madam Chairwoman and members of the council. I am extremely excited to be able to return home and bring my expertise and knowledge back to this parish. I am confident that I will make all of you proud. Thank you.”
