The Annual Appreciation Banquet for St. Landry-Evangeline United Way was held on Thursday of last week. Besides being a banquet, the board recognized those who are “living united” by the work they do and the causes they support.
One of the awards went to Craig LeBeouf who was recognized as the Board Member of the Year. LeBeouf has been involved with United Way since 1995 and is the longest serving board member. It was the third time he had been selected for this honor.
United Way also welcomed new board members, Charles LaCaze, Connie DuRouen, Steve Smith, and Suzy Lemoine, and inducted new president for 2023, Brian Ardoin.
