The historic Church of God and Retreat n Palmetto was the site of a four day summer gathering themed the voice of God with guest speaker Rev. Handel Smith along side Church of God and Retreat Pastor Dale Fontenot a humble leader deeply committed to uplifting families and those struggling brokeness and despair. The event focused on strengthening families and bringing hope, healing and renewal to those who feel they have lost everything. The message was to come experience God’s presence by restoring family bonds and helping shine God’s light onto the community.
