The St. Landry Chamber of Commerce honored the outstanding individuals in business on Friday evening in the Yambilee building for Horses & Harmony banquet.

Attendees were treated to a gourmet barbecue buffet, the rhythms of music from local musicians and raffle prizes. Individuals and businesses were honored and presented with awards recognizing their contribution to community growth and promotion and preservation of key cultural industries in the parish for the year.

On the menu for the evening was award-winning prime brisket and sausage provided courtesy of Gourmet Road Sauce Company accompanied with house salad and vinaigrette, smoked Gouda mac and cheese, rice dressing, burnt ends baked beans and homemade banana pudding. Arpeggios Lounge provided the drinks with featured cocktails.
