The Opelousas Museum proudly showcases artworks by youth of The Talented Arts Program of
St. Landry Parish. The reception takes place on Friday, May 9 from 4 to 5:30 p.m.
The Talented Arts Program is an educational curriculum for students identified as talented in
visual arts and enrolled in the St. Landry Parish Public School System. It is available at every
public school in grades 1st through 6th.
The exhibit will include original paintings, sculpture, drawings, and collages by approximately
65 students.
