On January 30, OGHS partnered with St. Landry Chamber of Commerce for a formal ribbon cutting celebrating the new location of Collins Family Clinic. It was a packed house with community leaders and OGHS staff showing support. This event also served as a formal “thank you” to the Collins Family Clinic staff who sacrificed personal time to make sure the move did not interfere with patient care.
OGHS Chief Operating Officer, Blake Shultz, put together an aggressive timeline and our employees rose to the occasion. Maintenance staff including carpenters, painters and maintenance techs went above and beyond to get the job done quickly and efficiently, while project managers organized teams to ensure everyone worked in sync. Our IT team also made a special effort to make sure that the IT infrastructure was up and running, and the phone system was accessible. Thanks to everyone who made this move so timely and efficient.
