DISTRICT ATTORNEY CHAD PITRE ADDS TO HIS TEAM
An Opelousas native, Attorney Ogden Pitre brings his 18 years of experience home to St. Landry Parish. Ogden formerly represented the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for over a decade as an attorney in its Houston Field Office, closing over 200 transactions totaling more than $2 billion dollars. Ogden has also practiced in the areas of general civil litigation, personal injury and successions.
In January of 2016, Ogden came back home to Opelousas to practice law with his father, the late Joshua Pitre, and the late Marion Overton White. The St. Landry Parish District Attorney’s Office welcomes Ogden Pitre who joins our trial team as a Felony Assistant District Attorney.
