Once again the Med Express Toy Drive wen off wihout a hitch despite the winterlike weaher.Spearheading the event for his 10th year was Opelousas Alderman-at-Large Marvin Richard who said it wouldn’t have been possibe without his list of volunteeers including Connie Shakesnider, Opelousas Council members Chasity Davis Warren, Charles Cummins and also Fire Chief Joseph and St. Landry Parish President Jessie Bellard for their donations. Richard also wanted to thank Sheriff Bobby Guidroz for prdoviding an escort for the event
