The National Association of University Women held their 31st annual Black History Hall of Fame Thursday at Little Zion Baptist Church. Following the opening comments by Dr. Savoynne Williams, program chairperson, and the singing of Lift Every Voice and Sing, the honorees were presented to the audience. They are, from left, James “Jimmy” Auzenne, Lt. Lynette R. Chavis, Lillian T. Charles, Gerald Greene, Sr., and Attorney Jarvis J. Claiborne.
