In celebration of National Breastfeeding Month, August 2023, Opelousas General Health System along with Amerihealth Caritas Louisiana, Healthy Blue and St. Landry Parish Government held the 11th annual Baby Shower at the Delta Grand Saturday. Over 20 venders were on hand at the free event to help connect expectant and new families with babies up to age one with helpful resources and supportive services.
