The presents were wrapped and all through the Med Express parking lot Marvin Richard and his helpers were getting ready to make their rounds to distribute Christmas presents to 15 needy families living in Opelousas. 2025 marks the 15th year that Richard, partnering with Med Express Ambulance, has held the toy drive as a way of giving back to the community,
