- Authorize the Council Clerk to advertise for two appointments for a two-year term to
Fire District No. 1. (12-20-2025 – 12-20-2027) - Preliminary approval only for a residential subdivision “JJED TITHES,LLC” being tract B
& tract D of the Stuart Meche Partition showing a 16.000-acre tract of land partitioned as
lots 1-32; located on “proposed street” off of Miller and Montgomery Road, final approval
is contingent upon reserved detention and drainage analysis, Opelousas, LA. - Discuss any other business properly brought before this committee.
