An ordinance to authorize the incurring of debt and issuance of a Revenue
Anticipation Note of the Parish of St. Landry, State of Louisiana, in an amount
not to exceed Four Million Six Hundred Thousand Dollars ($4,600,000) and
providing for other matters in connection therewith.
