Detective Kimberly Signorelli with the St. Landry Parish Sheriff’s Office
Juvenile Division comes to Crime Stoppers and asks your help in
locating the suspect in a sexual crime case.
On August 8, 2025, we were notified by the Krotz Springs Police
Department of a suspected sexual crime against a juvenile that
occurred approximately two years ago. Forensic Interviewers at
Hearts of Hope in Opelousas were able to determine that a minor
child had experienced inappropriate physical contact at the hands of
an adult. All attempts to contact the adult suspected of the incident
have been unsuccessful and an arrest warrant has been issued by the
27 th Judicial District Court. Law Enforcement officers are looking for
Jarran Victor Angona, white male, 5’11 and 160 lbs. If you spot
Angona, do not approach him but notify local authorities
immediately. Any information provided as to his whereabouts will be
held in the strictest confidence.
