Sunset Mini Mart Shooting
The Sunset Police Department comes to Crime Stoppers and asks your
help in identifying multiple offenders involved in a shooting.
On March 25, 2026 at about 6:24 pm, officers were dispatched to a
shooting at the Sunset Mini Mart, located at 914 Napoleon Avenue in
Sunset.
The investigation revealed that three male subjects exited a Silver
Chevrolet Impala, LA license 577GHK and entered the store while a
fourth male remained in the vehicle. While in the store, the three
subjects had an intense confrontation with a single male subject
towards the rear of the store. At one point, one of the suspects
produced a handgun and fired multiple shots at the victim. While
many objects in the store were damaged, no individuals were shot.
The suspects were seen leaving the store in the Impala, heading
towards Duffy Avenue.
