Wilfred Young samples some of the best Creole cooking in Acadiana as he stops at Bryant Fuselier’s Sauce Boss stand Monday at the Soiree Royale. The St. Landry Chamber of Commerce sponsored event is one of the premiere food tasting events in Acadiana, featuring some of the region’s most celebrated chefs and acclaimed restaurants serving up their favorite dishes. The event serves as the primary fundraiser for the St. Landry Chamber Foundation.
