Last week St. Landry Bank celebrated with their Most Valuable Players, their employees, at their MVP Milestones – Vision – Pillars Annual Summit. They reviewed celebrations from 2024, shared highlights for their strategic plan for 2025, and ended with awards and recognition for employees who go above and beyond in modeling their mission and vision! Congratulations to Allison Hagan, who was awarded Community Champion; Lisa Marks, who was awarded All-Star; and Patricia Perry, who was awarded Most Valuable Player (as voted on by SLB staff)!
Kathryn Mobley, MA who currently serves as the Better Business Bureau President and CEO as well as Founder and Principal Consultant of Valeur Organizational Consultant spoke with their team and assisted them in identifying their personality types to help understand strengths, weaknesses, and communication style; she discussed considerations when working with a diverse team, including actively listening, adapting communication styles to each person, leveraging individual strengths, and focusing on shared goals to foster collaboration and success!
