The Washington Community Festivalwas held Today in downtown Main Street Washington. The event featured a catfish cook-off, local vendors and live music. There was also a car show that included close to 300 muscle and custom cars that filled up most of the downtown area. The family friendly event celebrates Acadiana culture serving as a revitaliztion of the former catfish cook-off.
