This weekend is a big ‘dill’ for local pickleball players John Buck and Morgan Dennis. Buck and Dennis, are registered to play in this weekends Cajun Fried Pickleball Classic at the Cajundome Convention Center in Lafayette.
The event, which is being held in conjunction with the Cajun Heartland State Fair, features Men’s, Women’s & Mixed Doubles, and round-robin non-sanctioned events that cater to various skill levels. Both Buck and Dennis have been playing pickleball for about a year and play regularly at Louisiana Family Fitness Center. The teammates are scheduled to compete in the mixed doubles division on Sunday.
