For 129 years the ladies at the Episcopal Church of the Epiphany in Opelousas have held their annual November chicken salad sandwich sale. Their 130th year began early Thursday when the volunteers began early morning preparing the delicious sandwiches for sale throughout Opelousas. I can attest that it would be hard to find a better sandwich anywhere.
