On behalf of Commissioner Chad M. Brown and the Office of Alcohol Tobacco, we are happy to notify you that your application for “Alcohol: Notice of Intent has been approved. It has been our pleasure to aid in your permitting process and we look forward to serving you in the future. Your Notice of Intent (NOI) Poster has been mailed to the correspondence address you provided. Upon receiving the NOI Poster, you are required to display the NOI Poster on the premise to be licensed that is visible to the public for a minimum of fifteen (15) days. This approval and issuance of NOI poster is not a licensed and does not authorize you to bein engaging in the sale or service of alcoholic beverages. This is a pre-application process that is required prior to submission and processing of your alcohol application. Note: The NOI poster is valid for ninety (90) days. If an application is not submitted prior to the expiration date, you will be required to apply and post a new NOI poster.
