35th ANNUAL WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPRAWFISH ÉTOUFFÉE COOK-OFF
The Eunice Chamber of Commerce in cooperation with the City of Eunice presents the
35th Annual World Championship Crawfish Étouffée Cook-off.
The festivities begin on Saturday, March 26th from 8:00 pm until 12:00 midnight with a Pre-Cook-off Kick-off Dance at the Barn at Lakeview Park & Beach, 1717 Veterans Memorial Hwy. Eunice, La. Live music provided by Chase Tyler Band.
Cook-off weekend continues with the Main Event…..Come join us on Sunday March 27, 2022 at the Pavilion at 651 Samuel Drive in Eunice, from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm for the 35th Annual World Championship Crawfish Étouffée Cook-off. Help us as we celebrate 35 years of promoting Eunice and our unique Cajun Culture. Come taste with your eyes, ears, and dancing feet the flavors of your favorite headline bands, your favorite Étouffée, and beautiful Arts & Crafts! There will be lots of fun activities for the kids too! Headline bands include:
- Geno Delafosse & French Rockin Boogie
- Gregory LeJeune & Cajun Heat
- Jason Frey & Lagniappe
There will be FREE ADMISSION, FREE PARKING AND FREE FUN FOR THE ENTIRE FAMILY!
Each year, cook-off contestants vie to win the title as World Champion Crawfish Étouffée (smothered crawfish) Chefs! Celebrity and professional judges will proclaim winners in three different categories: Amateur, Professional, and Club/Organizations. Teams also vie for the best decorated booth and the people can proclaim their favorite winner too! All winners will be announced from the music stage at approximately 3:30 pm.
