The St. Landry Chamber Foundation is seeking out additional donors to our scholarship program. Scholarships range from $500-$2,000. Students have the opportunity to fill out 1 application and write an essay to apply for over 10 scholarships. Students who qualify are called in to do interviews with the Chamber Foundation Scholarship Committee. Recipients of scholarships are invited to an awards ceremony. Awards are presented by scholarship donors.
How to Participate
- Participating donors must submit donation to the St. Landry Chamber Foundation by December 23, 2022.
- All checks must be payable to the St. Landry Chamber Foundation.

How do donors benefit?
- A full committee will process applications and complete interviews for you. (You are invited to join the committee)
- All donations to the Chamber Foundation Scholarship Program are tax deductible.
- Smaller donations can be made towards the Chamber Ambassador scholarship.
- Donors are invited to present award to student at the award ceremony.
FACTS
- Applications will be sent to every accredited school in St. Landry Parish
- Homeschoolers can apply
- Any student who resides in St. Landry Parish can apply
- The application will be available on the chamber website
- Applications will be available starting January 9, 2023
