Get ready for a fantastic Back to School Encouragement Event hosted by the St. Landry Parish School Board, the Big Brown Cares Foundation, Raising Canes, and Acts of Love!
Bring your students out on Saturday, August 19, 2023, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM (or until all meals have been distributed) at the St. Landry Parish School Board.
The SLPSB has teamed up with some incredible partners to make this event a success. Thanks to the Big Brown Cares Foundation, Acts of Love, and Raising Canes, SLPSB will be bringing smiles and support to young scholars as they gear up for the new school year.
School-age children will receive a FREE mouthwatering Raising Canes chicken meal (students must be present to receive the meal).
Let’s come together as a community to uplift and encourage our students. It’s partnerships like these that make a real difference in the lives of our youth.
