Have you ever wondered if you have what it takes to BE A VOICE for CASA? Now is your chance with CASA of St. Landry-Evangeline at Epiphany Opelousas on August 28th.

Why Are CASAs Important?

A CASA is a volunteer appointed by a judge to represent the best interests of a child involved in a legal case, usually due to abuse or neglect. Their main job? To make sure the child’s story is told and understood. Imagine being a child forced to navigate the complexities of the legal system alone. That’s where a CASA steps in—like a guide in a dark forest, providing light and direction. Come out to Epiphany Opelousas An Episcopal Church on August 28th at 5:30pm to learn more and find out what it takes to be a CASA volunteer and the vital impact you can have on local youth in foster care.

Whether you choose to become a CASA or support their mission in other ways, you can help make a difference in the world of a child in need.
