ARRESTED:
Ray Allen Guillory, III, 35 years old
909 Park Circle
Opelousas, LA 70570
CHARGES:
PWITD Schedule I (MDMB-INACA)

Sheriff Bobby J. Guidroz reports, “Narcotics detectives,
working in conjunction with agents from Homeland
Security, seized approximately 11.5 pounds of MDMB-
INACA from a residence at 1506 Goodloe Street in
Opelousas. MDMB-INACA is a synthetic cannabinoid
classified as a Schedule I controlled dangerous substance.
Synthetic cannabinoids are laboratory-made chemicals
designed to interact with some of the same receptors in
the brain as THC, the primary psychoactive component of
marijuana. However, this is not marijuana and can
produce significantly different and unpredictable effects,
to include severe health complications.” Sheriff Guidroz
concludes, “This seizure represents the largest of this
substance in St. Landry Parish to date. The continued
success of these seizures represents the cohesive actions
of our agency and federal authorities, developed over
significant time and numerous operations.”
Anyone with additional information about this crime is encouraged
