The Opelousas Elderly Awareness Seminar and Christmas party was held Wednesday at the Evangeline Downs Event Center. The event was chaired by Gerald Greene Rachael Frduge Jones and Rep. Dustin Miller. It was a party atmosphere as door prizes were given out, bingo was played and Patrick Henry and the Liberation Band had the attendants dancing in the aisle.
