We invite you to be part of something very special — the inaugural Opelousas Museum Gala, SPIRITS – History, Folklore and Fear, on Friday, October 30, 2026, at The Delta Grand in Opelousas. This is more than a gala. It is an opportunity to bring our community together to celebrate the history and culture of Opelousas and St. Landry Parish while helping ensure that our stories continue to be told for generations to come.
The Opelousas Museum preserves an important part of who we are. From our people and traditions to the stories and folklore passed down through generations, our history deserves to be celebrated and shared. This event is designed to shine a light on that history while helping the museum continue its work in our community.Tickets and Sponsorship opportunities available here:https://www.friendsofopelousasmuseum.org/
