Members of the J.S. Clark Leadership Academy state championship basketball team was honored by the city of Opelousas Tuesday at the monthly meeting of the mayor and Board of Aldermen. Mayor Julius Alsandor proclaimed the month of April 2024 as JSCLA month honoring the girls basketball championship team. The team was also presented a plaque of accomplishment.
