St. Landry Economic Development (SLED) is excited to invite you to Manufacturing Day 2025 taking place on Friday across St. Landry Parish.
This event, part of the national Manufacturing Day celebration, will highlight the importance of manufacturing to our local economy while inspiring the next generation of skilled workers.
Manufacturing Day aims to show students from across St. Landry Parish that manufacturing can be a fun, rewarding and high tech career path—all while strengthening connections between local businesses, schools, and the community.
Students from North Central High School began the day by touring C&G Containers a company that provides a wide range of packaging solutions for all industries. Other companies providing tours for the event were Design Precast & Pipe, Noble Plastics and Tony Chachere’s.
