Sheriff’s Association Scholarship Recipient
Sheriff Bobby J. Guidroz is pleased to report, “I am pleased to announce that Sara Danielle St.
Cyr has been selected as this year’s Sheriff’s Association Scholarship recipient. Ms. St. Cyr is
a senior at Opelousas Catholic with a 4.0 GPA and an ACT score of 28. She resides in
Washington with her parents, Joseph Dean and Carmen St. Cyr. Sara plans to attend
Northwestern State University to study Health and Human Performance, with the goal of
becoming a physical therapist.”
