St. Landry Parish Government Announces Official Trick-Or-Treating Hours
ST. LANDRY PARISH – St. Landry Parish Government has announced that official
trick-or-treating in the unincorporated areas of the parish will take place on Thursday, October
30, 2025, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
The designated hours provide families and residents a consistent and safe timeframe to enjoy
Halloween festivities throughout the unincorporated areas of the parish.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to accompany children, use reflective clothing or carry
flashlights for visibility, and exercise caution when crossing streets. Motorists are reminded to
drive carefully and remain alert for trick-or-treaters during this time.
