5. Authorize the council clerk to advertise for three appointments to Fire District No. 7 for a
   one-year term and four appointments for a two-year term. (09-19-2026 – 09-19-2027),
   (09-19-2026 – 09-19-2028), (11-18-2026 -11-18-2027), and (11-18-2026 -11-18-2028)
6. Forward all applications for one appointment to Acadia- St. Landry Hospital Service for a
   six-year term. (10-01-2026 – 10-01-2032).
7. Discuss Information regarding Variances on Frontage Footage of Properties.
   (Councilman Dexter Brown)
8. Authorize the council clerk to advertise for one appointment to Fire District No. 2 for the
   remainder of a two-year term. (05-15-2025 – 05-15-2027).
9. Authorize permission for Mr. Logan Lawson to get a permit for a variance to move his
   mobile home trailer on his property.
10. Discuss any other business properly brought before this committee.
