The first annual business summit was held on Wednesday by St. Landry Chamber of Commerce.

The purpose of the summit was for resilience and empowerment. Resilience of the community. Empowerment for business owners. And to help foster an atmosphere of learning and motivation.

The summit consisted of various speakers along with booths of local business.

The goal of this event is to foster an atmosphere of learning and motivation similar to a TED talk.
