St. Landry and Evangeline Parish citizens took to the streets of Opelousas on Tuesday night as they demonstrated their concerns about domestic violence and sexual assaults.
The Sexual Assault Center that represents both parishes completed an annual Take Back The Night walk through Opelousas.
Walkers accompanied by OPD moved down Market Street from Opelousas Junior High School to the St. Landry Parish Courthouse completed their journey and listened to guest speakers..
