Thanksgiing came a little early thanks to the efforts of Rose Minix and the Opelousas Veterans Committee who hosted the second annual Veterans Gala held recently at the Holy Ghost Catholic Church Family Life Center. It was an evening of honor, dinner and dancing wrapped in military tradition. In attendance were guests from Louisiana, Texas and California. Special thanks goes out ot Rose Minix, Dorothy Thomas. and the Opelousas Veterans Committee for their undyng support of veterans.
