Maureen Little was on hand at the 30th anniversary celebration of the Opelousas Museum and Interpretive Center. Maureen recently re-located back to Opelousas after being in New England for a while. She is re-establishing herself being back in the community.

Little is a chef and a food safety instructor. She also has her own catering service and provides cooking classes which will soon be available online.
