Guest speaker Chef Randy David gave a cupcake decorating demonstration during the Opelousas Noon Rotary Club meeting on Tuesday. With his expertise on decorating, he made it look so easy.
David provides culinary classes for both children and adults at Targil Seasoning and Butcher Supplies in Opelousas. He is also the Targil Seasoning Chef.
