Eunice’s World Championship Crawfish Etouffee Cook-off Contest is set for Sunday, March 27, 2022, from 10am to 4pm. One of the most unique and enjoyable events in St. Landry Parish, the cook-off will be held at the Northwest Pavilion at 651 Samuel Drive in Eunice. Each participating team will sell their own Crawfish Etouffee, allowing them to recoup their expenses. Many participants will have additional food items to sell as well.
