Today’s Photo from the Past is a glimpse of Second Street in Eunice, LA. during the 1960s decade of the last century.
The photo shows a winter’s day in the 1960s as citizens were Christmas shopping on Second Street, with the street all decked out in seasonal decorations.
Tri-Parish Bank and E. A. Veillon’s Agency were on the right corner of Park Avenue and Second Street. Pecot and Verges Jewelers was located in the Liberty Theater building to the left.
