1000 plus senior citizents passed a good time at the Evangeline Downs Event Center Wednesday when they attended the annual Opelousas Elderly Awarreness Christmas Seminar. The seniors were treated to a day of food, fun, door prizes and music supplied by DJ Anthony Huval and Mike Broussard and Nu Edition Zydeco. The event was chaired by Gerald Greene, Rachael Fruge-Jones and State Rep. Dustin Miller.
