Starting at daybreak Tuesday volunteers spent the day collecting food goods at the Opelousas Super One Foods location of Food Net Food For Families food drive. As of noon the Opelousas location had collected two tons of food goods and are hoping to pass last year’s total of five tons by the closing at 6 pm.
