Coroner of St Landry Parish, Dr Russell Pavich died Friday at Ochsner Lafayette General Hospital after a brief illness.
Dr Pavich has held the position of the Coroner of St. Landry Parish since 1996. Dr Pavich was a physician in Eunice La., served on the Republican Parish Executive Committee and was a former Police Juror for the Eunice area.
His wife, Myra Pavich, and his son Lazo Pavich survive Dr Pavich. Quirk Funeral Home in Eunice is in charge of arrangements. Visitation will be held on June 14th 4:00 pm – 9:00 pm. Funeral services will be on June 15th at 11:00 am.
