OPD Investigates Separate Shootings
Opelousas Police are currently investigating two shootings that occurred over the past week. The first shooting occurred on Wednesday just after 10:00 P.M. in the 500 Blk. of Berdie St. No one was injured during that shooting but a vehicle was struck by several rounds of gunfire. A person of interest has been identified opand an arrest is expected.
