Coroner of St Landry Parish, Dr Russell Pavich died Friday at Ochsner Lafayette General Hospital after a brief illness.

Guidroz, “During the early morning hours of the 10th day of June 2022 the St. Landry Parish Sheriff’s Office Crime Suppression Team conducted a traffic stop on a black 2004 Ford Expedition in the Opelousas area.” During the traffic stop, detectives came into contact with the occupants of the vehicle and identified them as Janita Collins, Damian George and Brian Bernard Jr.
