The Women With Heart 13th Annual Luncheon will be held at the Opelousas Civic Center on May 23rd where a woman from St. Landry Parish and a woman from Evangeline Parish will be presented a Woman with Heart Award.
The luncheon also includes a champagne lunch, an inspirational speaker, and a fabulous Power of the Purse Auction with dozens of amazing purses to go home with!
Proceeds from this event help support St. Landry-Evangeline United Way’s Dolly Parton Imagination Library, a program that provides a free, age-appropriate book to children age 0-5. Over 130,000 books have been placed in the homes and hands of over 3500 children in our communities.
